When sharing content from any of the Google Services (Recordings, Movie Files, Docs, Videos, Slides, Sheets, and Folders) with STUDENTS, you need to make sure it is ONLY accessible to students and staff.   DO NOT CHOOSE  "Anyone with the link".  

**Video content needs to be VIEW ONLY with students**

1.  Share content with students, type "[email protected]" uncheck "Notify people", choose "Viewer" only

Note: Students with iPads will need to launch Google Drive and log in "once", and then they will be able to view or access the content. They will not need to log in after that. 

2.  Share content with ALL USC staff, Click on "Change link to Upper St. Clair School District" (or share it with individual staff members or groups) 

3.  Click done.
